Bought because the air humidity in the room is very low, and the old ultrasonic humidifier broke down (my fault). All data is after a week of humidifier operation based on weather station readings (humidity readings on humidifiers were 10-15% higher). Airing in the room in the evenings, at night we sometimes open the window, or turn off the battery. The readings are about the same. Room ~14-17 sq. M. So, let's begin: In winter, at -17 degrees outside the window, the humidity in the room is 20%, the temp. 22 deg. Under such conditions, the old Vitek ultrasonic humidifier for 2700. caught up to 36-40%, and very quickly. Bork up to about 32%, no more. When the temperature outside the window is 0 -5, the batteries do not fry so much and the humidity reaches 51% - quite a decent result from our observations. Works on weekday evenings and at night in health + turbo mode (at maximum). Now with regards to service - it is quite convenient, no complaints. I pour water from the tap. I rinse completely approximately every 10-12 liters of water used (every three bays). When I drain the remaining water from the pan, it is slightly yellowish in color. There were no white deposits in the tray and on the drum for a long time, but nevertheless, the first signs appeared after 2 months of daily use, on average, 12 hours a day - this is not a problem, you can soak the tray in citric acid so as not to use chemicals. I vacuum the air filter once every two or three days - small particles from laundry, etc. quite a lot settles because of this, the humidifier starts to work a little louder. In general, the thing is good! Much better with it than without it. Regarding the smell of plastic - there is no smell from the moment of use. Do not leave water in trays for more than 1 day!
