Review on Chumi by Rafael Lee
Chumi is a CRM software that allows you to manage multiple clients from one account.
This product does everything it says it will do. The UI could be better though. The best thing about Chumi is that you can easily manage multiple clients from one account, which makes it great for smaller companies. It's easy to add/remove users, contacts, locations, events and even tasks from one client to another. You can also create recurring events (e.g. weekly meetings) for clients or groupings of clients (i.e. "Sales" and "Marketing"). I love the flexibility and customization that Chumi provides. But I wish it was easier to edit templates.
Pros
- Can pull in data into a CRM system as well.
- Simple to set up clients and accounts.
- Great support team available to assist you through your project.
Cons
- UI isn't intuitive
- Support is slow to respond when you contact them.
- No ability to integrate the system with other apps (excel, email, etc).
