The switch GUI was missing a lot of information, QOS wasn't loading and all ports were throttled randomly. I have many QNAP devices and let me just say their support is TERRIBLE! I applied for this 3 days ago and still haven't received an answer. There is NO call center in the US and chat is always unavailable.
