It heats up, but not nearly as much as some other flash drives.

Copying a 32.7 GB movie from an SSD to a USB flash drive took 23 minutes and 42 seconds and returned in 2 minutes and 46 seconds, while copying a folder containing 3.67 GB of mp3 music took 2 minutes and 45 seconds and returned in 20 seconds.

Cons

When compared to memory-capable alternatives, the cost is prohibitive. Considering the cost, it's disappointingly diminutive in size; I'll likely have to get a bulky keychain to prevent its loss.
