I'm trading in a Big Yeti Coffee Mug (24 ounce with handle) and a Yeti Rambler 36 ounce. Both were too wide to fit in my Odyssey and cx5 cup holders. I bought two of these and installed them in both cars, they work like a charm. The installation is very easy. To ensure it is properly seated you must insert it into the cup holder and rotate the base just enough so the rubber grooves hook into the inside of the cup holder. Do this until it's hooked far enough to slide it all the way into the cup holder, then twist the top a little more to fully lock the handle. The general build quality is definitely plastic, but that didn't give me the impression of poorly designed, low-quality plastic. I'm looking for negatives, but one constructive criticism: I wish it had a deeper pocket to put your mug in. It didn't cause any problems, but I just felt that a deeper insert would protect the Yeti even more. I had no spills with this, but I think inserting a deportation would have given more peace of mind.
