Review on Samsung Cordless Stick Vacuum Bundle by Kelly Nelson

This vacuum cleaner sucks and I mean sucks! It can have battery life every 10 minutes! We bought it thinking it could move easily across hardwood and tile floors and was great for spot cleaning. No! Our maid complained that she couldn't even finish cleaning downstairs before the vacuum suddenly died! Of course, we got tired several times and encountered this problem. Also, the one they sent me at least left marks on my wooden floors, which was annoying enough, but when the vacuum dies so quickly it takes a lot longer to charge! And it won't get through our flat mats! At $800, you'd think this vacuum would rival the Dyson. Personally, I would advise everyone to just stick with it, at least you'll get your money's worth. Samsung has some great other products so I was disappointed that we ended up sending it back.
