Update, I've had my computer for almost a month now and here's what happened. I still haven't been able to get support as my USB ports aren't working, but that's minor. The PC was shut down due to my fault for not realizing I had flipped the I/O switch on the back. The PC still works perfectly. I can play games like Borderlands 3, Soul Calibur 6, and other intense games with some ease. My WiFi is still shaky. Luckily, however, I had a spare Wi-Fi dongle, so no big deal. In short, this is my experience. At the time of this review, I had only had the desktop computer for 2 days, however, there were many issues. Immediately after release, Wi-Fi wasn't working and I was forced to use Ethernet, which I wouldn't normally pay attention to, but I rely heavily on Wi-Fi since I can't be in the same room with a router. Second, at least 2 USB ports were non-functional. Not the biggest criticism, but it is what it is. I was able to play Soul Calibur 6, which ran without any issues, but testing only lasted a couple of hours. There were frame drops here and there, but I ignored them.
