I haven't had any problems, the support team has always been honest, helping to solve any problem and always answering questions. I use this for moderate gaming and work and it hasn't given me any problems. I would recommend and say this as someone who builds PCs and has some knowledge. To be honest I was expecting to be disappointed with the purchase after seeing numerous reviews that pre built gaming PCs are rubbish but I am very happy with my Skytech. I received it in less than 3 business days and so far every game I've played on Ultra graphics settings at 55-140fps has run flawlessly except for Elden Elden Ring, FF7 Remake, The Witcher 3 and a few others.

This prebuilt computer is unique, but what it lacks makes it a 4 star. When I first got it, one of the fans was making an annoying noise, me and my brother had to move the fan forward a bit to keep it from making noise. But the features were good. RGB could use a few more options, but overall its great performance helps me play better than before. PS The case is good, but I think it needs serious improvement.

The only reason it gets less than 5 stars is that the buttons weren't adjusted properly. All light functions have been crossed out and not connected. There are 2 switches on the back.
