Broken lock on collars, harnesses and leashes

Update: The XTRM team responded very quickly and sent me a replacement set. Thank you for your attention, it's really great when you think about your customers. Thanks again. Hopefully the new set will last longer. Collar at the end of a high quality leash. I like the way it looks and the way it looks. The set is really great, but it's too weak. Lock, I got it about a week ago and when I pushed the lock to release it after a walk (I have a labrador retriever) one of the lock's teeth broke off. You can see it in the photo. I really like this product but I think if you pay $27 for something it shouldn't break after a week of use...
