Review on Nalgene 12 Oz Flask Blue by Keith Baker

Tried the Activity Camping Flask on Revain and it had this little rubber ring in the cap that leaked everywhere after the bottle was lost. I used them at my kids dinners so the easy to lose clear rubber ring will NOT fit. I'm glad I found these Nalgene bottles. I threw away the outer cup and they only use a clear bottle. They last six months with almost daily use and still look and work great. This Nalgene bottle is twice the price of the Outdoor Products bottle but I'm sure it will last. Update: we still use it for lunch but lost one because it was placed in the dishwasher on the bottom shelf. The top shelf seems fine, but the bottom shelf means the hole becomes oval instead of round and the lid is no longer airtight. I honestly don't understand why I put them in the dishwasher at all, as very little cleaning water is likely to get through the hole.
