I had VERY high expectations for this product. It's not derived from whey, which is great for me because I'm getting rid of whey. Whey gainers also contain too much sugar or fillers and have helped me gain weight in the past, but more fat than muscle. This product sounded very promising as it contains no sugar, no cholesterol and very little fat. I read the reviews and many people really liked it and got good results. However, my biggest issue with this product is that it upsets my stomach so much that I am literally afraid to fart because I don't know if it will end up being just a fart or a joke. My stomach turns and makes noises I've never heard before. Overall I'd say it's a good product because it *really* has a lot of positives. It tastes very good in my opinion (probably one of the best protein/mass gainers I've tried); very easy to drink; incredibly easy to mix; The thickness of the cocktail itself is easily adjustable. After the first few servings, I *felt* that it was working; My body became more muscular and my muscles fuller. But whatever it is, my body CANNOT take this product and I can't keep taking it. I've tried making it work by breaking up the serving into smaller portions, but everything goes back to normal, and the end result is my stomach seething and squirming with pain and I keep running to the bathroom. The only downside I have outweighs any benefits of potentially amazing mass gains for me. To be honest I would recommend trying it yourself; maybe it works for you. However, this is my experience and I am warning you all so you can prepare for the worst.
