Great multi-purpose tool

This double-sided melon squeezer is a tool you don't need for everyday cooking, but it can serve you well. You can use it for melons or cut the core of fresh artichokes to remove the suffocating part. I've also used it to core larger cherry tomatoes and then stuff them with cheese paste on an appetizer tray for company. I'm sure I'll find more uses in the future.
