This double-sided melon squeezer is a tool you don't need for everyday cooking, but it can serve you well. You can use it for melons or cut the core of fresh artichokes to remove the suffocating part. I've also used it to core larger cherry tomatoes and then stuff them with cheese paste on an appetizer tray for company. I'm sure I'll find more uses in the future.

Easy to use and my girl loves the little melon balls. My mom used to make melon balls for me and I remember loving them so thought for $4 I'd give it a try. Great success. I gave it a 4/5 for shelf life because I used it to scoop cookie dough out of the fridge and the scoop got bent a bit. I know it's not for melons, but if the metal was a little thicker it would hold up a little better. However, this one is on me.

First of all I like this melon ball much better than the previous ones I bought. A lot of them tend to be poorly made and break easily, but I've had no problems with them. So far it has held up to regular use. I like that there are two sizes in one so I can vary things up a bit.
