Good ground light with good directional light

This is a good profile light for malls that casts cool white light directly onto the ground below but also has some directional light that acts as a safety light but not yet glare, yes problem with Turning the flash on and off when plugged in, tried to extend the area around the sensor with the tube but it didn't work, tried connecting the green wire to the white for ground but it didn't work, we got 6 bought one of these and everyone has this problem, come back and get a more reliable product, the cheap price is not worth all the headache.
