It does the job, but not suitable for everyday use.
It’s pretty simple to use, it comes with a usb cord and it charges similar to a phone or other electronic devices. The battery lasts quite awhile too. Design is cute and optimal for travel or to store in a bag. The only real drawback is that it fries hair, even on the lower setting (it smells bad too). It also left burn marks on the plates, which I don’t think has happened with any other tool I’ve used. If you’re looking for an everyday hair styling tool, this is not the product you should buy. I only purchased it because I needed something that I could use for quick fixes when I’m busy and on the go, and it’s been good for that.
