Good knife: kitchen and table knife

I have only used it once but I have tried many fillet knives and this one is absolutely perfect. Sharp as if nothing had happened and a little flexibility helps when filleting small fish. He also removed the skin well when slicing butter. We'll see how long that lasts, but it looks and feels good; This is my new favorite knife for catching small to medium sized fish.
