The system is very user friendly, it has an excellent customer support team that always answers your questions quickly and efficiently. It's easy to set up new agents and add/remove features as needed. I dislike how it doesn't have a mobile app for iOS users like some of its competitors do. Desktop only! Also, sometimes when logging in (when using my work email address) I need to enter my password twice to get logged into the desktop version. If you're looking for something reliable and cost effective, this is definitely worth considering. We are solving multiple problems within our organization by having one place where all requests come through instead of many different channels.
