Review on Enova Decisions by Michael Hall

I like that it is easy to find all of your contacts in one place, whether you've used them before or not! It's also great because there are so many different features available for each contact type (including phone numbers). The customer service was terrible - they sent me an email with instructions about how their system works but then never responded back when i called repeatedly asking questions/clarification regarding those emails.. They have had my information since 2012 yet constantly change what fields look similar etc., making sure we can't use any customizations without creating new accounts every time something changes? If this were possible maybe its okay-but right now thats impossible as far too much has changed over these years even though our account still active!! Make no mistake if someone at enovadecision says "we're working hard" dont believe him until he actually does work. We needed some way other than manually entering names.
