I bought a foam roller to rub my shoulders when I twist my neck but I couldn't apply enough pressure in hard to reach places. This thing has nice thick straps that wrap around your forearms and you can aim the knotted balls at that little spot to lean on with your elbow. The motors are nice and powerful, so the knobs spin even when you push them down, and they don't sound like they're trying at all. You can actually lean on it and let the handles go in there. This model has three speeds: good, slow and even slower. Everything is great. Sometimes it randomly reverses the direction of rotation towards you, always at the right time. My back is ruined forever. I can't get the masseurs to help me or stay away from my feet. My legs are fine, rub my back, my back hurts. idiots. A friend brought this and gave it to me. I was excited as soon as I buckled up. A few days later I let my roommate try it and she ordered it too. It will get some interesting noises out of you and make you throw up for a day or two. That's the biggest thing. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who will listen.
