Cons: We ordered six chairs which showed they were in stock. Only five arrived, the sixth arrived two weeks later. Of the five boxes that arrived, only two contained parts that were easily assembled from the box (the chair requires minimal assembly). From the remaining three boxes I was able to assemble working parts for two more chairs, but there is an issue with poorly finished parts that don't even remotely line up and faulty parts - one chair just looked very different, needing very different equipment. The legs in particular were often machined off-center, and the screw holes were drilled an inch or more off-center. Pros: The chairs that came together were good - good looking and apparently sturdy. The last chair is due to be delivered today, but the chances that there will be no further problems with spare parts are slim. If you don't mind sending back multiple boxes with defective parts etc, this is a really smart deal.
