Review on Enoll Talent by David Edwards

I like the ability to be able to have my candidates fill out a questionnaire and then be able to quickly look at this information to make a hiring decision. I can even send candidates to a video interview to make my hiring process even faster. The only thing I do not like is the interface. There is a learning curve for new users and it can be a little overwhelming. I would recommend using a demo to see if it is a good fit for your needs. I am able to quickly screen candidates and make hiring decisions faster. I was able to use the video interview feature to see if I really like the candidate or if they will be a good fit for my company.
