I am a big fan of Joseph Joseph's designs. The JOSEPH JOSEPH Y-GRINDER SALT AND PEP GRINDER was brilliant. An exceptional design that feels great in the hand, works extremely well while holding salt and pepper in your hand. There is nothing like it. The problem is that Joseph Joseph discontinued it and the SALT AND PEPPER MILL is not available anywhere else. I even looked for a used one, unfortunately without success. I sincerely hope that Joseph Joseph will raise him up. Anyway, considering my admiration for Joseph Joseph, I decided to try the CUTLERY KNIVES AND CLEANER. Well it's a kludge. The bristles on either side of the jaw don't come close enough together to really clean the knives of food properly. A quick double wipe with the dish brush we use to wash dishes and pots is all it takes, or better yet, a wipe with a wet washcloth is the proper way to clean a knife. I didn't throw away my BLADEBRUSH KNIFE & UTENSILS CLEANER which takes up valuable space in our sink, but as soon as I'm done writing this review I'll head into the kitchen and throw it away. It's just useless. UPDATE: After a discussion with my wife, who campaigned to get rid of this useless item, I threw it in the trash.
