Installed 2 units myself 3 years ago and they still work great.

There was a little confusion concerning the neutral wire (don’t use it) but other than that install was very easy. I did not use any ac kit to purge the lines.These units do not work well unless the internal filters are squeaky clean, if they look clean wash them anyway.The feature that turns off the display is nice as the temperature light is not dimmable and too bright in a bedroom.One small complaint is that the remote display is too small for my old eyes.
