If you were trying to save a few bucks by not getting the Wi-Fi enabled version of ASrock x570 motherboard but then moved to a new location , to which it was not possible to connect your computer via a wired connection, THIS M2 KEY-E IS COMPATIBLE AND WORKS OUT OF THE BOX! (I don't think the ASrock literature mentions this M2 card as "approved".) This is very important. I can now use my Xbox controllers without a dongle or USB cable which is just a plus. I'm behind several walls and hundreds of feet from the router and I'm getting an excellent signal. Setup is easy. The mount just floats, but a bit of tape will fix it quickly.
