Tissaj King Size Pillowcases - Pack of 2 covers - Navy Stripe - 100% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton - 300 TC Thread Count - These pillowcases look beautiful. I like their design very much. The color also pairs perfectly with navy blue and a subtle line pattern. What I don't understand is why they absolutely stink, smell kinda like chemicals. It is very daunting when you first get them. They just smell awful right out of the box and it's a strong smell. I was able to wash them, which helped, but it worries me a little. I haven't had many problems since I washed them for the first time. I highly recommend tossing them in the wash as soon as you receive them. The material is soft which is a plus. They don't look like 100% cotton to me, but I'm no expert on that. I think the feel is more reminiscent of microfiber than cotton. Still, I really like these pillowcases. The sizing is fantastic as they are really big in king size. I can easily fit my largest pillows in it. Overall I like them, but I think the price is too high. To be honest the price is competitive compared to other brands but their initial presentation is weak. As I mentioned in the beginning, they smell awful when you first get them and they come in a fairly standard brown box. The look is where these sheets really shine for me. Softness is mediocre, not impressive, but not bad.
