I am 5'4" weigh 170lbs 38DD bra. The Xlarge body fit perfectly, but the bra was way too small.the XXlarge the bra was perfect, the body was baggy and I am sure when wet would not look or feel good. If you are smaller chest and similar weight and height the Xlarge or even a L would fit. Ebay suggested I order the XXL but like I said I ordered both and apparently I was top XXL and bottom XL. nice suit, pretty colors and seems to have some decent stretch not flimsy body.
