We're going on an overland trip. We have 2 dogs and they were always good in the car. I've recently read some sad stories about what can happen if your dog isn't protected from an accident. Not only for the dog, but also for you. I have a 60 pound pit bull that usually rides right behind my seat. I can't even imagine my dog OR myself being hurt if we were in a high speed crash. So I'm giving 5 runs because it came to me when it was supposed to and the price was decent. I've only used it once with my Pitty so far and it snapped right into the harness and locked into his harness. It looks like it will help and protect everyone.
