I bought 3 of these units to add low level audio to my Homezone amp (Niles) from a source that only delivers high-level outputs (jukeaudio). The one in the first photo was ordered on December 9th 2020 when I was installing the system at my home. Designated the OMP TD-22, they functioned flawlessly in every respect and continue to do so today. I'm setting up a similar setup for my brother now, so on November 1st, 2021 I ordered the same three units to solve the exact same problem. Now when I complete the installation, I find that the devices are completely different and do not work at all. No sound, no LED, nothing. Please note that OMPs work and the current TSKs look very similar but are completely different inside and don't work at all.
