Works well and appears to be of good quality. You will need a TV power cord that is at least 9 feet long to reach an outlet. Also wanted to spice things up with the Cord Cover Kit. It was impossible to use an extension cord as its ends did not fit in the cord cover kit. Thought of cutting the ends and soldering/gluing them together to make them fit, but that's stupid and unsafe. Need an angled power cord for the cord cover kit to close up to the plug. However, I have a new TCL TV with a cavity molded into the back of the TV that houses a male power connector designed for a straight, non-polarized power cord. I wasn't sure if the curved power cord would reveal the cavity opening. The opening for the power connection of the TV is slightly smaller than 2.5 inches vertically. It fits well.
