Love this knife, light weight, easy to use, cuts most vegetables like butter. Also great for cheese, boneless meat. It is best to chop soft greens (coriander, parsley, etc.) at the end. I've never been this good with my good (and I thought) sharp metal knives. Only ever got bruised leaves with just a couple of cuts. But beware - sharper than a razor. I cut my finger trying to wipe it off.
