The only complaint I have is that there are no instructions. You have to find out! I'm a handyman so it wasn't that hard, but I still have 2 zip ties left that I can't find any use for. I read that bolts can scratch a bike frame. Not true if properly installed. The brackets that hold the seat are covered in rubber and only a small portion of the plastic seat touches the frame. However, there is also a 3M rubberized sticker in the package to protect your frame. Again, there are no instructions, so you'll have to find out. Overall this is a great seat and its position on the frame can be adjusted to suit your needs (front to back). Because the seat is small, it doesn't let me ride cross-legged and is very comfortable for both riders.
