The customer service team really listens when they hear what you are trying accomplish at your organization! They have been incredible helpful with anything I needed them for from fundraising/customer acquisition strategies all around my website etc., very engaged & knowledgeable about where their services would help me best without being pushy or upselling us into something that isn't necessary (I like having control over things). Their rates may seem expensive but once implemented there was no other option so price shouldn't be an issue as long as one knows how much time will go towards actually implementing changes rather than just talking ideas through together prior!! If anyone needs assistance getting set up online then this should definitely come first before considering any options out side because these guys know exactly whats going wrong which can sometimes take awhile especially if its not simple enough - but worth waiting patiently haha.
