After repeated purchases with positive results, for some reason I added a pre-spray. This may or may not have contributed to the disappointing results, but what can I say? This time, the results were anything but brilliant on that expensive, thick-pile rug. Maybe the spray made it stick. The footage added a full view of the rest. Maybe the spray didn't help. Maybe it's my fault for not using it from the start. Whatever the case, Capture was amazing at first. The carpet was clean, busy and closed. After 3 or 4 uses I think the powder has accumulated in the deep pile and now attracts even more dirt and just looks sad. Pets and anyone who stretches on the carpet end up with itchy spots. This is just a guess but I end up buying more. Be patient. It's just a rug.
