The material itself is good quality and extrudes beautifully when it extrudes. I am, unfortunately, having some issues with that. This filament has just jammed in my hotend for the second time. I was hoping the first time was a fluke since it was near the beginning of the spool, but when I measure the filament, it is 1.8 - 1.9 mm and it's actually getting stuck above the heat break because it's just too big to get through. Also, if this filament was vacuum sealed, they need to switch to a heavier duty plastic. Mine included desiccant and bonus filament (thanks!), but the bag had a small puncture.Update 8/16/2017 +1 starCould not be more satisfied with the customer service. Got in touch with me right away to send out a replacement spool even though I was already past Revain's return window. I'll update again when I receive the new material. Totally outstanding to see a company stand behind its product like this.Update 1/13/2018I meant to update sooner as my replacement spool arrived quickly and performed just fine. However, the spool itself broke during shipment and its bag tore in several places, so the vacuum seal was spoiled once again. While the broken spool was not a problem for me, it certainly would have been for some of the spool holders I have seen others use. Quite satisfied with the filament itself and I will likely try another spool soon as this has been the most consistent material I have used so far.
