Can't return on my review.
I order small for my 5 lb chihuahua. I relieved a large. Don't know how that got mixed up. My granddaughter cut it down to fit her. It drives her nuts she takes it off herself. Can't return it. But I recommend Seresto collars for all dogs. They work. I've used them for years. Will continue to use too.
