These soft white LED lights are excellent. The kit was easy to unpack and included more than enough adhesive strips to install everything. Also included are screws for a more permanent installation, although this will take a little longer. Be sure to thoroughly clean the bottom of the cabinets before attempting to glue anything to them. I was in a rush to get it done and didn't clean up which meant I ruined a few glue tabs. Otherwise it was an easy install. You need to lay out everything and imagine where you want the light to fall, and then figure out which wire goes where and where the power supply will be. There are 10 levels of brightness, which is probably its best feature. The light color is beautiful and goes well with the colors of our kitchen. There are only two small problems. Firstly, the motion sensor is very annoying and cannot be switched off. The light suddenly went off and on again while dishes were being washed in the sink about a foot from the sensor. At first I thought it was defective, but I put tape on the sensor and solved this problem. The second problem is that the transformer hums when the light is turned on. It's not very loud, but in a quiet house you can hear it standing nearby. However, this is no reason to do without this lighting system. The price is a bit high, but so far they have justified their quality and convenience.
