I was about to give the next bad review before trying this device again. If you encounter any of the following problems, please read the solution. "I wanted to use this with the Galaxy S20 and the Bose SoundTrue headphones. Please tell me how to use it as a phone call device. I found the sound quality to be very good by keeping my 3.5mm audio jack in a female port on this unit. As soon as I let go, the sound quality also deteriorated.” - The device did not work. I plugged the device back in and found that my existing 3.5mm jack just didn't fit in the 3.5mm jack and was partially sticking out. I applied more force to this connection and to my surprise it fully engaged, creating a strong cable-to-cable connection. I connected the other side to my s20 and turned on the music. Excellent sound quality and no audio dropouts or interference. Five stars, great product. I have attached two pictures. One of the devices is installed correctly and the other is incorrect. Another note: since this device plugs into your phone's charging port, it would be a good idea to clean that port of dirt and lint before expecting this product to be properly installed.
