After ordering I received an email with instructions on how to use and care for the thermometer. Instructions are included that if I have any problems or questions I just need to reply to this email. The instructions were very clear and when I received the thermometer I had no problems so I didn't reply to the email but it was nice to know and easy to get replies. The thermometer worked great right out of the box. Simply pull out the probe to turn it on and squeeze it to turn it off. Features a large, easy-to-read display with a single, conveniently located backlit button. There is also a hold button that locks the temperature display for a few seconds, which is nice as the thermometer shows the temperature very quickly. Ease of use, easy cleaning and super fast reading is exactly what I was looking for. It looks and feels like it's built to last, so I look forward to using this thermometer for years to come.
