I rarely write reviews! But this kitchen gadget never ceases to amaze me. It is an incredibly versatile and absolute workhorse. Doesn't take up much space and seems as close to actually owning a wand as I've ever had. I really wanted something strong enough to make nut butters. With the small insert bowl I can also cook a small amount. The machine does a fantastic job and has amazed me with other experiments: excellent cutting of cabbage into coleslaw! Grapefruit juice for everyone? How about the fluffiest eggs? There seems to be no limit to this small but powerful machine. Definitely a goalkeeper!
