The pepper grinder looks good and works as hoped. The packaging is terrible. There is no box, bag or protective material for the windmill, just pop it in an Amazon plastic envelope and ship. It fell apart, scattered all the pepper, rumbled and made holes in the envelope. Luckily it arrived ok (it's a tough job!). I believe this has to do with how the product is sold in retail stores (no box, just a label on the shelf) but Amazon should have addressed this issue and shipped in a box with packing material to keep it in place .
