The sender made the delivery well. I had an issue with the Revain delivery itself. The cleaner arrived undamaged. This works very well. I had no problems with the WiFi connection or with the app. I can control via app, Alexa or Google. I could feel the difference in the air after a few minutes of running. I like the HI speed for white noise at night. LOW speed is really pretty. He has NOT AVERAGE speed. The filter works great but you have to catch them when they are available. When I fried the fish the air quality sensor turned it on as I had it on AUTO. It purifies the air and smells very nice. Another time I was cooking something over high heat and the kitchen was smoking. Chemox kicked in and immediately cleared the smoke and smell. The colors changed from red to yellow and back to blue. This is a really great cleaner. I liked it so much that I bought a second cleaner. I would like to get replacement filters for it.
