
Update: Support contacted me about this review. They kept sending the same instructions which didn't work the first time. I tried to explain what step I was on when I had problems but they just resent the same instructions. I don't think they read my messages at all. Anyone can accidentally receive a defective product and no one is to blame. However, if you don't want to try to fix the problem, then what's the point of a customer service department? I have several smart plugs at home and have never had a problem connecting them to Wi-Fi. I mistakenly thought they were easier to use because they are advertised as "not an app". You have to go through several steps and each of them is incredibly difficult. I never managed to get them to work. What a waste of time and money!
