Edit: Kudos to HHIP, I contacted support about the inaccuracies and they 100% fixed it. The new tool is inexpensive, very accurate, precision ground, with good fit and finish. Combination, protractor, center finder - all within spec. I highly recommend this store and product. Excellent OLD TOOL: I thought I could get a PEC for a bargain price, but the blade ends aren't sharpened square or don't line up exactly with the marks. On one end of the blade one of the marks is erased, on the other end the zero mark is still visible. The protractor head has some inaccuracy rather than 15 second accuracy. Burrs on the track inside the blade lead to an adjustment in the degree of grinding. I didn't even check the center finder. The bones of a good tool are its cast iron and weight, but poor workmanship makes it unsuitable for accurate marking.
