Simply put, this is a well made but poorly designed product due to one problem: the main component, the back pressure pad that relieves pain, just sucks. I can only speak of golfer's elbow as I've never had tennis elbow, but from my years of golfer's elbow experience, if this pad isn't pressing on all the nerves it needs, it's nothing. The pad on this strap is too narrow. I have a Bauerfiend Epipoint that works great but is showing its age and this was supposed to replace this one but was pretty much useless to me. Not only is this pad too small, but it also doesn't fully cover the entire part it's attached to, which is made of hard plastic. Even though it's not that snug, the plastic cuts into the skin and I had to keep taking it off. I could put a piece of tape over the spot and then put a belt on, but I didn't buy it to do such a thing. These are the only two complaints I have, but either of them individually would be a breach of contract for me. The dial is a great idea and works well; and the product looks and feels good. However, I'd rather spend more for another Bauerfiend that both has a much larger back pressure pad and the plastic doesn't touch the skin. My occupational therapist also recommended trying a product called Bandit. At least for a golfer's elbow, this is a bad product. I'm not happy with that at all. I'm pretty sure I can still return it which is why mine is being sent back.
