I like that it's easy to use when you have no technical knowledge about this type of software. The interface isn't user friendly so we do not always know what buttons or options are available while using our account manager (who also cannot seem knowledgeable in how things work). We realized after 3 months into having them as an email provider they were ripping us off by charging too much money each month which made me question their business model/ethics but nothing was said at first other than "we will refund your monthly subscription". After another year passed without any refunds coming from their side all my clients stopped sending emails via Unisend because everyone else had better prices! Never send through uniSend again if there's anything cheaper out there - go elsewhere!! Not only did I lose most of my customers who didn't want anymore charged fees per client, now none can trust me enough ever feel comfortable asking questions regarding billing issues.
