It took me a long time to decide on Revain bike lights, then returned them for various reasons (flash mode, non-rechargeable, etc.). But these lights are amazing. Fare 4/5 stars not because it doesn't work well. Yes, but it lacks the strobe mode that I like, which is included in the taillight. Other than that, it's light, reliable, and easily removed/installed from the bike's handlebars. Taillight - 4.5/5 stars with amazing brightness and strobe modes. However, the band could be better redesigned for a lighter/tighter fit on the side of the frame. This is important for small bikers like me who had to lower the seat as much as possible, making it impossible to install a tail light under the seat. There is not enough space elsewhere to install a taillight with the current tape design. Mounting holes can/should be smaller. However, the customer support is a solid 5 star. I had trouble with the first pair when the rubber plug on the USB port on the taillights came loose when trying to charge the lights. I couldn't move the lid no matter what. So I contacted support and expressed my concerns about the light's functionality once the items received it. They will send me a new pair of taillights immediately! But it got even better (or worse, as you can see). I haven't received the package. Either the USPS mixed it up and still says "delivered" on their report, or the package was stolen because the delivery person was too lazy to get it into the building. I contacted support again, they sent me a replacement! This time I received the package! Thanks night care! You are the best. Someone stole my headlight today. I could have bought the headlight separately for a lower price but decided to just go back to my trusted product and supplier. 3rd pair!
