They are a bit overpriced. Sorry, but that's my opinion. Check out the products I own and use, but not in this order: big gummy balls with all the spikes, which you can buy at any health food store for about $3. Crush - A smaller ball with handles instead of spikes. The lacrosse ball is still the best in my opinion. In my opinion the best scooter on the market. The mesh reel is a good alternative to RR when you need something less obtrusive. where the knots are. I had more knots than usual this past weekend for some reason but that's a good thing as I just recently bought a pair and have seen how well they work. I did a combination of Clear, Green and Lacrosse Ball. Bottom line: they're no better or worse than lacrosse balls, and considering I can get a lacrosse ball for $3-4 a ball, that's overpriced. But the price is to be expected considering how much they charge for their Rumble Roller which I think is the king of all foam rollers no matter how much they cost. I've also played with it on my feet and thrown a lacrosse ball and to be honest I don't think that's all. It was nice, it did the job, sometimes it hurt, but everything is fine except for the spikes. Their Rumble Roller is the best product and honestly I wish I could just stop there, plus a lacrosse ball for those hard to reach spots. I wish I felt different for spending $35 to get both, but it is. So I keep them and use them here and there but overall it wasn't worth it. The reason for the 3 stars is that it's not a bad product, but it's not worth it. So I'm more in the middle, hence 3 stars. If I could do this over and over and didn't have the mountains of groceries that I have, I would only have 2 things: 1. Blue Rumble 2. A lacrosse ball or balls
