The heater works great but when the time runs out and it turns off the controls don't work the next time you use it. The next day, when we turn on any controller, it blinks, and the panel does not heat up. We need to unplug it to reset the controller. Is there something wrong with our controllers for our queen size rug, or is it a design flaw? I'd like to contact the manufacturer to see if there's an easy way to reset the controller's firmware instead of turning it off every night. Otherwise I will contact Revain for a refund.
