Review on AlfaBot T30 Cordless Hardwood Assistance by Jessica Morris

When I first got it and assembled it worked perfectly. I was so surprised how easy it was to put together and I really liked it because it was wireless. It cleans my floors beautifully and leaves them almost completely dry. This went on until almost 3 weeks later it just didn't work for a day, the brush wasn't spinning or doing anything, there isn't a website to help you troubleshoot, and there isn't a single 800 number to call them Seems to be a very small company to call, I tried using all the instructions that came with it to get it working again but it didn't help, they kept saying something was wrong with the brush if not this problem I wouldn't return it nor would I want to keep it because when I worked it worked great. I hate that it suddenly broke and I haven't used it for anything heavy or for any serious cleaning, just regular mopping so it didn't look like I overused it for this b reak, I was just OK. Wear and tear was used to mop the floors twice a week. Update 21 Sep 21 This company is very nice and communicative after being made aware that I had problems with my first car they approached. me and sent me a new one for free this one works perfect so far i love how it leaves my floors clean and super dry easy to clean and love that it is cordless. It charges very quickly and has good battery life. I really like this product. Many Thanks
