Very good product and price
This is my 2nd one. The guarantee is three years and the first on lasted 3 1/2 years. I am 84 and have moderate hearing loss in one ear and the product balances the sound for me when I watch tv making it possible for me to keep the volume turned down. Also I use it when our baby daughter comes for a visit since she has a soft voice. It allows me to catch every word she says. It needs to be charged after around 6 hours of use and it charges in around 2 hours. I recommend this model.
